Fred founded Service-now.com in early 2004 and has served as Chief Executive and Technology Officer since inception. Prior to Service-now.com, Fred was employed at Peregrine Systems from 1990 to 2003 where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer (note that during that time Peregrine also owned the Remedy Corporation, subsequently sold to BMC). Prior to Peregrine, Fred founded Enterprise Software Associates (ESA), and worked at Boole and Babbage, and the Amdahl Corporation. His products are used by thousands of corporations worldwide and have generated revenue well in excess of one billion dollars.
At the age of eighteen, his very first software program automated supply chain and maintenance purchasing processes for a business unit of American Standard. Later work involved writing an operating system competing with IBM's mainframe offering, performance and management improvements to the IBM mainframe environment, a PC video conferencing / collaboration system, and UNIX / Linux based application development environments.
Andy Chedrick
Chief Financial Officer
Andy has been the Chief Financial Officer since June of 2005 and brings over 30 years of financial, accounting and operational experience to our organization. Prior to joining Service-now.com, Andy was CFO and COO of Enterprise Partners and was responsible for all the firm's financial reporting, investor relations and day-to-day operations and was part of the firms growth from $30 million under management to more than $1 billion. Prior to his work in venture capital Andy worked with technology companies at KPMG and Ernst & Young in both the audit and tax departments.
Rob Luddy
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Rob is the Vice President of Sales for Service-now.com. Rob joined Service-now.com in 2005 to help develop a new market for On Demand software solutions. Rob has fifteen years experience as a technology sales and marketing executive. Most recently, he served as Area Vice President for Solutions Operations in
Craig Harper
Vice President of Americas and Asia Pacific Sales
Craig Harper is the Vice President of Americas and Asia Pacific sales for Service-now.com. In this role, Craig is responsible for Service-now.com sales, alliances and operations in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific and is tasked with expanding Service-now.com direct and channel sales in both commercial and public sectors in these geographies.
Craig joins Service-now.com after spending 14 years at BMC Software in various management roles, most recently as Vice President of worldwide sales, solutions, and consulting. Prior to BMC Software, Craig held multiple sales management and executive positions at Business Engine. Craig also serves on the Board of Directors of the United Services Organization (USO) and the Board of Advisors for the Immix Group. He holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from Brigham Young University.
Mark Hamilton
Vice President of Marketing
Mark has more than 25 years of global marketing experience with a number of technology companies including Siebel Systems, Baan and most recently as the VP of marketing for newScale. Mark has a broad range of experience in product marketing and management, corporate communications as well as corporate messaging and branding. He has helped technology companies establish leadership positions in new markets while driving revenue growth that led to three initial public offerings.
With Service-now.com positioned as the industry-leading solution for modern IT service and asset management, Mark will lead the establishment of a recognized global brand dedicated to automating and simplifying IT operations while supporting continued doubling of Service-now.com revenues.
Walt Weisner
Vice President of Customer Care
Walt joins Service-now.com from ShoreTel where he ran global support services. He has more than 20 years of customer service experience in the telecommunications industry. As vice president of global support services for WebEx Communications he was responsible for worldwide call center operations, account management and overall customer satisfaction. Weisner also served as senior director of customer operations and support for Nextel Communications. Weisner holds a degree in business administration from Cleveland State University.
Walt is focused on Service-now.com post sales support and the overall customer experience which includes professional services, training, documentation, technical support and customer enablement. Walt will lead a team in delivering world-class customer care and a level of service that is unique in the industry.
Gadi Yedwab
Vice President of Product Development
Gadi is the VP of product development. Gadi joined Service-now.com from Quest Software with 20 years of experience managing and developing successful enterprise software companies and products. Gadi is responsible for Service-now.com development, support, operations, user communities and documentation. As Quest Software VP of research and development and chief architect, Gadi led the development of the application management products and technical architecture standards across multiple product teams and geographies. He also held executive positions with Brio Software and Sqribe Technologies.
Gadi holds both a Master and Bachelors of computer science from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He is a co-inventor of two patents in enterprise computing software.
Dave Osman
Vice President of Application Development
Dave brings more than 20 years of IT experience to Service-now.com. Dave most recently spent 13 years with Deutsche Bank delivering technology solutions to support global IT transformation projects such as ITIL alignment & service-oriented IT. Dave ran Deutsche Bank enterprise systems and IT asset management and was responsible for the global deployments of technology solutions for monitoring, backup, job scheduling, asset and configuration management. Before his time at Deutsche Bank, Dave worked for Morgan Stanley & Control Data Systems. He earned an honors degree in computer science from the University of Greenwich.
Dave heads a development team tasked with continually delivering on the Service-now.com vision of ERP for IT by setting application strategy, defining roadmap and developing organically developed applications on the Service-now.com platform as a service (PaaS). Dave adds more end-user perspective to the development process and is focused on usability of the Service-now.com application set.
