Fred Luddy
Chief Executive Officer

Fred founded Service-now.com in early 2004 and has served as Chief Executive and Technology Officer since inception.  Prior to Service-now.com, Fred was employed at Peregrine Systems from 1990 to 2003 where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer (note that during that time Peregrine also owned the Remedy Corporation, subsequently sold to BMC). Prior to Peregrine, Fred founded Enterprise Software Associates (ESA), and worked at Boole and Babbage, and the Amdahl Corporation.  His products are used by thousands of corporations worldwide and have generated revenue well in excess of one billion dollars. 

At the age of eighteen, his very first software program automated supply chain and maintenance purchasing processes for a business unit of American Standard. Later work involved writing an operating system competing with IBM's mainframe offering, performance and management improvements to the IBM mainframe environment, a PC video conferencing / collaboration system, and UNIX / Linux based application development environments. Fred tried to attend Indiana University and Sir George Williams University, but found part-time programming for these institutions to be far more compelling than the classroom experience.



Andy Chedrick
Chief Financial Officer

Andy has been the Chief Financial Officer since June of 2005 and brings over 30 years of financial, accounting and operational experience to our organization.  Prior to joining Service-now.com, Andy was CFO and COO of Enterprise Partners and  was responsible for all the firm's financial reporting, investor relations and day-to-day operations and was part of the firms growth from $30 million under management to more than $1 billion. Prior to his work in venture capital Andy worked with technology companies at KPMG and Ernst & Young in both the audit and tax departments.



Rob Luddy
Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Rob is the Vice President of Sales for Service-now.com. Rob joined Service-now.com in 2005 to help develop a new market for On Demand software solutions.  Rob has fifteen years experience as a technology sales and marketing executive. Most recently, he served as Area Vice President for Solutions Operations in Europe for Peregrine Systems. While at Peregrine, he held a variety of sales, marketing and operational roles including Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager and Sr. Account Executive. Rob has worked with hundreds of customers around the world on their IT strategies helping the vendor understand the needs and perspective of the customer.



Craig Harper
Vice President of Americas and Asia Pacific Sales

Craig Harper is the Vice President of Americas and Asia Pacific sales for Service-now.com. In this role, Craig is responsible for Service-now.com sales,  alliances and operations in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific and is tasked with expanding Service-now.com direct and channel sales in both commercial and public sectors in these geographies.

Craig joins Service-now.com after spending 14 years at BMC Software in various management roles, most recently as Vice President of worldwide sales, solutions, and consulting. Prior to BMC Software, Craig held multiple sales management and executive positions at Business Engine. Craig also serves on the Board of Directors of the United Services Organization (USO) and the Board of Advisors for the Immix Group.  He holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from Brigham Young University.



Gadi Yedwab
Vice President of Product Development

Gadi is the VP of product development. Gadi joined Service-now.com from Quest Software with 20 years of experience managing and developing successful enterprise software companies and products. Gadi is responsible for Service-now.com development, support, operations, user communities and documentation. As Quest Software VP of research and development and chief architect, Gadi led the development of the application management products and technical architecture standards across multiple product teams and geographies. He also held executive positions with Brio Software and Sqribe Technologies.

Gadi holds both a Master and Bachelors of computer science from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He is a co-inventor of two patents in enterprise computing software.



Matt French
Director of Marketing

As the Marketing Director at Service-now.com, Matt leads a team that is responsible for strategically positioning Service-now.com’s brand, applications, employees, customers and partners as market and industry thought leaders. Matt has 13 years of enterprise software marketing, sales, and product strategy experience. He has helped transform software companies into industry leaders, built strategic partnerships, designed acquisition strategies, and has helped companies move through aggressive growth stages. Throughout his career, Matt led global product management and marketing teams, owned channel development and sales strategies, and guided company and product awareness. Prior to Service-now.com, Matt drove product line strategy at Oracle, Peregrine Systems, and most recently Symantec Altiris. As a member of the Altiris Business Unit within Symantec, Matt held positions of Director of Product Marketing, Business Line Manager of Altiris Service and Asset Management applications, and Director of Global System Integrator Strategy.


Bob Alexander
Director of Customer Support

As Director of Customer Support, Bob leads a team of professionals dedicated to preserving customer success. Bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience with advanced technology companies, Bob recently served as Vice President of Ticketing Operations at Paciolan where he was responsible for the support and infrastructure utilized by professional sports, colleges and arenas to successfully complete over 100 million transactions annually. Bob also served as Senior VP of Global Services for Mitchell International where he led the effort winning several awards for service excellence. Throughout his career Bob has worked with global enterprises serving as a true customer advocate leading the effort to earn customer loyalty by meeting and exceeding client expectations. Traveling and negotiating strategic partnerships in over 40 countries Bob serves the customer with a unique blend of experience and focuses on delivering the highest quality service to customers every day.
