On the back of a highly successful second year of operations with well over 100 plus customers supporting more than half a million users worldwide, Service-now.com, the leading provider of On-Demand IT service management solutions today announced that Bob Alexander has joined the management team to support the company's rapid growth. Bob serves as VP of Customer Operations and is responsible for the Customer Support team, hosted data centers and internal IT function.

Bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience with advanced technology companies, Bob recently served as Vice President of Ticketing Operations at Paciolan where he was responsible for the support and infrastructure utilized by professional sports, colleges and arenas to successfully complete over 100 million transactions annually. Bob also served as Senior VP of Global Services for Mitchell International where he led the effort winning several awards for service excellence.
Throughout his career Bob has worked with global enterprises serving as a true customer advocate leading the effort to earn customer loyalty by meeting and exceeding client expectations. Traveling and negotiating strategic partnerships in over 40 countries Bob serves the customer with a unique blend of experience and focuses on earning customer trust every day.
