Listening to the Expertise of Our Customers

The Service-now.com Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is comprised of several of our largest and deployment-advanced customers. The CAB meets once a quarter at a minimum and assists the company in setting development priorities based on customer needs and industry trends. The group provides collaborative advice and guidance as to the product feature set, and is central to our strategic direction. 

The CAB provides input to requested technology enhancements and prioritizes specific features and functionality. Service-now.com is accountable for delivering. After every upgrade Service-now.com demonstrates the functionality that it has released in response to the CAB's requests and previews any requested functionality available for the following upgrade. With this input we broaden and deepen our understanding of customer requirements and quickly implement initiatives as a result.

The CAB is comprised of senior managers from companies that span a range of industry sectors, geographic locations and technology usage within the Service-now.com customer base.
